The VICUS website isn’t just redesigned, it is rebuilt from the ground up. Using Webflow for a sleek, modern front-end and a custom Express.js backend, we created a website that’s structured, automated, and future-proof. The integration with Whise CRM keeps listings, client info, and leads always up to date, eliminating manual updates and reducing errors.

Smart Listings & Seamless Search

The overview page pulls live property data from Whise CRM, ensuring visitors always see the latest listings. A custom filtering system lets users refine their search effortlessly by location, price, and features, making house hunting smooth and intuitive. On property detail pages, we keep the focus on clarity, showing only the key selling points in a clean, easy-to-scan UI.

Automated Lead Capture & Follow-Ups

Lead management is now fully automated. Contact requests sync instantly with Whise CRM, notifying realtors in real time. The “Zoek voor mij” (Find for me) feature lets users submit their dream home criteria, which the system automatically matches with available listings, enabling personalized follow-ups. 

We also built a multi-step valuation tool to help homeowners request property estimates with structured, validated data, giving realtors the insights they need with minimal back-and-forth.

SEO-Optimized & Future-Ready

To match VICUS’ refined brand positioning, we rewrote the website copy to be clear, engaging, and SEO-driven. The result? A website that not only ranks higher in Google search but also reinforces VICUS’ credibility in the real estate market. With a scalable structure in place, the platform is ready for future growth, without compromising performance.
