To stay on top of the ever changing community platforms, we are looking for a Community Platform specialist. Someone with a deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram or TikTok: how they work, how they change and how we can get the most out of them. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the technical side: the API’s, the ad platforms, the interfaces...

The perfect candidate is a true digger. He/she/they know nearly all media platforms by heart and are able to unlock the full potential of creativity via those channels. Social listening is a piece of cake, there’s plenty of love for data and analysis and the do’s and don’t of social media campaigning hold no secrets. He/she/they will be working with a mix of young talent and seasoned leaders to build the agency to watch in the coming years.


On any given day, you will…

- Set-up our creative campaigns via different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google Display, Adwords, …)
- Advise the creative team on which platforms to use in what way
- Do research via social listening and other tools
- Analyse campaigns, adjust them and make reports suitable for clients


The ideal candidate...

- Brings the expertise (min. 2 years), energy and entrepreneurship we need to help us build a remarkable agency.
- Speaks and writes English fluently, preferably also Dutch or French.
- Knows media platforms by heart and sees the full potential for creativity.
- Understands and has past experience creating integrated campaigns across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print.
- Can write powerful reports, recommendations and media plans for clients
- Keeps up with all things social/digital media and has no problem inspiring the team with that knowledge

- You have managed social media for your own projects.
- You have a unique, weird or wonderful passion outside of marketing.
- You read all of the above and immediately think: “This is going to be so much fun.”
