To develop our creative vision and grow our agency, we are looking for a Creative Lead with a passion for craft, a knack for simplicity and a proven track record in developing amazing ideas. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves imagination as much as innovation.

SUPERMACHINE is a boutique agency with big ambitions. We believe the future deserves better marketing: remarkably simple ideas that unlock the power of communities. From zero-waste beauty products to remote-controlled ships, our clients are a mix of start-ups, scale-ups and established brands that need your help to tell their story and to sell their products.

To develop our creative vision and grow our agency, we are looking for a Creative Lead with a passion for craft, a knack for simplicity and a proven track record in developing amazing ideas. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves imagination as much as innovation.

The perfect candidate has his/her/their own creative philosophy and can lead creative work on small and large projects. Someone who loves coming up with ideas as much as making them better. And of course: someone who can make them happen. He/she/they will be working with a mix of young talent and seasoned leaders to build the agency to watch in the coming years.


On any given day, you will…

- Manage the creative strategy and general creative direction of multiple client projects.
- Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.
- Outline the creative vision of SUPERMACHINE and how we make it a reality.
- Mentor young creatives and help them improve their craft.
- Come up with ideas, finetune ideas, present ideas, sell ideas and produce ideas.
- Build powerful presentations that make ideas come to life.


The ideal candidate...

- Brings the expertise (min. 7 years), energy and entrepreneurship we need to help us build a remarkable agency.
- Speaks and writes English fluently, preferably also Dutch or French.
- Identifies truly remarkable ideas by just looking at a wall of thought starters on post-its.
- Understands and has past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print.
- Can write powerful copy, develop platform ideas and at least judge design.
- Is comfortable with talking and presenting to senior clients.

- You have always wanted to start your own business or agency.
